This company is not an honest company. We live in a condo they maintain. There was a leak on the upper floor that damaged our ceiling in the bathroom. The repair was completed by Shiupong's employee. During his repair, he damaged the tub and scratched our tiles. He put his ladder and paint tray in the tub that scratched the tub and made an indent. When my mom confronted the contractor, he *** commented with "If I had to repair everything I damaged, I'd be broke!" he also said, "The tub repair kits don't come in bone, off white colour, only in white" He was clearly *** because both our friends and I know for a fact that it comes in off white/bone colour. It is sold at multiple places.

My mom and dad being are in their 80s with high blood pressure and not fluent in mandarin made a complaint. They were *** unwilling to fix the damage they caused during the repair. This is very unfair.

I called and made a complaint to the head office. Both Viviann and Fanny asked for proof. I said, my mom witnessed it. They want physical proof. Who puts a camera in their bathroom??? They made an appointment to take photos. When paint is scratched, the tub presents brown metal underneath. Viviann called me asking for my email after 1 week taking the photos. Both Vivian and Fanny refused to speak to me via telephone. I received an email and they concluded that the tub will not be repaired because the contractor said he used a plastic tray, a wooden brush, a paint roller, plastic knife, and a sand sponge. Both my parents witnessed him using a ladder, a metal paint tray and a metal can. Why are people allowed to get away damaging other people's properties?***? Because they are elderly and not fluent in their language?

This is a horrible, *** company! KARMA!

We live in a townhouse, and pay monthly maintenance fees (prepaid annually) to Shiu Pong Management. Over a month ago, we had a leak from our bathroom ceiling located upstairs. They sent a contractor to repair the leak, however after the repair it has gotten worse. The leak is from our roof. On top of the actually visible leak in the bathroom, we can also hear water 'drop' noises coming from inside the walls from the rooms adjacent to the upstairs bathroom. We have waited over a month for this issue to be properly repaired, but to no avail. We are turning to the Revdex.com to help us get our roof repaired as per the contractual agreement within our maintenance contract.
