I have order form [redacted] few times already, and I have find out that they don't charge sale tax if your shipments are shipped to Alabama. this statement you can find it out on there website. They didn't charge my sale tax on my first order that is shipped to Alabama. However, on my 2nd order they charge me on the sale tax and without any notification. so I call them, and they refund the sale tax back to me. On Feb ** I placed another order with [redacted] and they charge me on the sale tax again. So, I call them this time they refuse to refund the sale tax.

There are other suspicious activity is that this company may try to tax evasion because in their website they state that they will not charge sale tax for AL, so the money they charge me where these money goes? This amount of money is not showing in any where in my [redacted]'s account statement. Also on my 2nd order my amount was $102.50 and Sale Tax was 4.77. However, the recent order the amount was 55 and sale tax was 4.81. Why the sale tax is increase when amount was decrease?Desired Settlement: and they must be investigate on their tax.
