Shirt Factory & Sporting Goods

We are responding to the customer complaint received on July 10, In regards to the flyers that were requested, made and sent to *** Office EquipmentFlyers were completed in a timely manner with the original flyer created on May 10, The customer then requested additional items to be
added such as cotton T-shirts, V-neck shirts and tank topsWe revised the flyer per their request and added the cost for the additional items, (Please see attached email from *** The Flyers were sent and printed for the customer to pick up on May 18, 2017.The order was done in a rush for our customer due to a competition they were attendingThere was a misunderstanding on the back logoPer an email that stated to please leave off the back logo on the tanksWe did receive a partial order back at the beginning of the week with more items dropped off at the end of the weekOnce all items were collected we did print the back sponsors and rectify that issueNo other issues with printing were brought to our attention.We have been working with this group with another representative for them for Over a year now and have had no issues in the past(Please see attached email from that representative)*** *** was unable to reason with Complainant and did provide Complainant with her Supervisor, *** *** contact Information*** *** did receive a phone call from Complainant at which time she was very aggressive towards him and the Shirt Factory & Sporting Goods, IncAfter several minutes of trying to resolve her issues he did ask her several times not to speak to him in the derogatory manner in which she was doing and if she would gather all products she had issues with and bring them back to the Shirt Factory for the company to inspect and either replace the items or refund their moneyAt that time Complainant ended the conversation by hanging up the telephone and did not come back to the store to resolve any issuesAnother member of the organization did come into the Shirt Factory several days later and apologize for any issues with the customer complaining from their organization and that she hoped we would continue working with them in the futureShe then picked up trophies we put names plates on and also a pair of pants that were ordered to replace the misordered pairAt this time there is no money owed to this organization and our company would be happy to sit down and go over and issues the organization might have regarding invoicing.The Shirt Factory & Sporting Goods Inc has been in business since and serves the *** *** community and surrounding areas with all their sporting goods and apparel needs and will continue to serve our community as we have now and in the past
