I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
This is the second letter in reference to announce the crack. In my counter top of the vanity that was unprofessionally installed not anchored & level. Because of putting solid lines of sealer caulk on edges & only little sparingly drops on front edge where bowl of sink is closest to edge. First heard crack start after brushing teeth when I slightly leaned on sink to spit & rinse. Since then, through time I notice crack growing longer. At first I only noticed small flaws when the job was done by Tony's Remodeling. But when he refused to except his fault of a unprofessionally mounting counter top to an unlevel vanity cabinet, I started to look much closer to the unprofessional job that was done. Here are more iissue's to substantiate my claim: tile grout cracking at doorway, tub installed not level, molding around thresh hole at bottom cut out & not replaced, chips in porclein of toilet from the tub & wall tiles being removed, noticed 1/4" chip in the side of oakwood vanity near toilet. Notice after second time vanity was removed when tiles in front of cabinet was uneven lifting up & becoming loose, cracking the grout & repaired by [redacted]. Noticed chips & large cracks to bedroom wall due to the method of slamming or pounding to get tub & tiles on the other side of wall, notice area where grout was not filled in between tiles near base of tub, notice chip on base of shower surround near where [redacted] crack the fiberglass tub, almost in the same location of the tub where he cracked the first tub that I had to return. The reason for the crack was tub was never installed level & true causing stress on this area in both installation. Towel cabinet rehung unlevel on wall. Toilet was grouted to new floor tiles. Looks like toilet wax may be leaking. How do I remove toilet from floor without damaging toilet or new floor tiles? Noticed Phillips head screws worn or destroyed. All chrome is rusting & looks terrible on cover to drain lever cap. Notice a tear or rip in bottom of screen where workers conveniently put their tools in open window while working. There are other issues to but just want to make my point heard. After noticing all the errors listed above I believe poor quality & professional work adds up to more than $240 that I originally had asked for. Please respond as soon as possible so my bathroom could be fixed like new. To resolve my complaint in a fair way. Regards,
