As a printing business for over 10 years, it's IMPORTANT to continue providing my customers THE Best service. I had placed an order for my customer (which happens to be a small business), located on the small island of Vieques PR, since I'm having difficulties with my suppliers to be able to ship so I found this company and created an account. I had my supplier ship the items to ShipToPR located in PORT CHARLOTTE, FL. The two packages arrived to this location. ShipToPR sent one of them, instead of sending both in one same package, probably to charge me twice. Well the first package arrived, but not the second one. They had already charged me for that package. They created a shipping label, but then was deleted, so they created a second shipping track number. Time is essence when you have a business as one of your customers. I sent emails to ShipToPR and it was a nightmare to get them to reply, they DON'T have a phone number either so there's no way you can get a hold of them. Long story short, they charged my card, and the package never arrived and I lost a customer and the monies. I sent emails multiple times asking why the shipping label they sent me keeps saying that this package has not been picked up yet. I have all the emails and card statement to proof it. I've been nominated multiple times for outstanding business and I as a business owner and customer expect the same professionalism and courtesy. Other (requires explanation) I would like for them to reimburse $100 for MY costs of the products and shipping fees from my supplier to their location and fees charged to my card. I will never get back that package and I lost a loyal customer, who's been doing business with me for many years. This company damaged my EXCELLENT reputation as a business and they never even had the decency or courtesy to call me not once, to provide an explanation.
