Review: I went to this business which is a shipping location for UPS, Fed EX. Post Office etc. I paid $30.80 for overnight shipping of very important paper. My shipping ticket says priority overnight Thursday Feb. **, 2014 by 10:30 am.I brought it to this shipping place on Wed. Feb. **, at 16:40. They told me it was to late to ship overnight, I contacted Fed. Express They sent me an email showing they gave it to Fed. Express on the 6th at 5:16P.M Now the package will be delivered on the **. Not what I paid for. I ask if they would give me my money back as Fed Ex. says (if your package is not delivered on time we will give your money back) and Ship rite said no. This is not acceptable. I would like your help. If they knew Fed. Ex. had picked up already, why didn't they tell me I would have made other arrangementsDesired Settlement: I want my $30.80 back.
