The company "Shipping Solutions" located in 2226 N Coast Highway Newport OR stated that they lost our package, that was insured. We contacted business owner in order to get the package information or package tracking number, but the owner refused to talk, dropped the call and blocked our (my and my wife) phone numbers. The US Mail told us that the package was returned to "Shipping solutions".
We are not responsible for the loss of this package.
It was packaged and mailed to the provided address.
The package was not accepted and the provided address.
The package was never returned to us.
The day that the post office shows it as returned to us we were closed. (jan 21st 2020 1:13pm)
I have video of the fact that the postal carrier was not able to deliver that day.
She was not even my customer, as she was never in my store. My customer is *** Inn and Suites in Newport Oregon.
She was the intended recipient of the package, and I shipped to the provided address.
I am not responsible for the fact that the incorrect address was provided.
I am not responsible for the fact that *** did not indicate that the package should be insured.
I did everything that I was contracted to do.
The package has only a $50 value as they did not pay for insurance.
The claim for the $50 needs to be processd with the post office.

She was verbally abusive from the start of the call, and when she called me a thief I cut off contact with her.

I have a contract with *** as my customer I completed every aspect of the contract. *** was the recipient of the package. *** Authorized the charge to the provided card. They gave me the address to send the package to. They did not indicate any insured amount. The address was incorrect.
I did not receive the package back, and do not have the package.
There is nothing more I can do for this situation.

I am rejecting this response because:
The name on the credit card that was used to pay for the package delivery is "***", not "***".
I've got the e-mail from USPS stating that the package was returned to Shipping solution on January 22nd, 2020 at 12.56 not January 21st. It is supported by USPS GPS data.
