Hello, As we check the item, it already posted to the customer's account or shipping cartThe turn around time of processing items that are received in our warehouse is 3-business daysDuring this time, we validate, weigh, sort and document items coming in our warehouseAs for the the response time on email, we recently had a system upgrade and we are trying our best to answer and facilitate all emails received and it will take some time before we will be caught on thisWe apologize for any misunderstanding but we are trying our best to answer all emails

Hi Revdex.com, We are sorry for the late reply. Due to the last systems update we received, there were items and transactions which were affected by it. It resulted to numerous complaints which we are slowly answering one by one. For this concern, we were able to get in touch with the customer...
