I would like to explain with more detail of the call we were requested for EMERGENCY SERVICE  the dispatch fee as off...

hours is a fee of $149.00 which the customer was informed of when he called. When the tech arrived he completed a diagnostics of the system that was the balance of the call. And he found nothing wrong at that time.
