Shipito

I have a package that was sent by Shipito that accused in the federal revenue error in the documentation (Object with customs documentation missing or incorrect. Please wait: object under treatment and subject to return) 05/06/2018 10:42 *** I tried contacting the post office and I did not succeed, all service channels were unavailable. Soon I contacted the *** that handed me the telephone number and the name of the customs agents of the post office for further clarification.
The customs officer informed me that on 05/06/2018 I received more than 500 cases of customers redirected by Shipito with an error in the tracking code, and that the last two tracking numbers of my package were incorrect and because of this could not enter the product in the country. The agent asked me to get in touch with Shipito so they could do a document rectifying the tracking number so that the package would go for delivery at my residence, but I did not get a return on my requests from the company.
I tried the chat, ticket suport, via message through facebook and just ask me to wait ...
I sent the shipito the name of the agent who answered me and the telephone number for contact, but there seems to be no interest in the company in resolving the situation.
I have now verified my tracking and the product is already in the process of being returned to the sender.
I am not able to afford a new product freight to Brazil and as the error was not mine, I also do not consider it correct to have to pay since I am being impaired by the delay of my package.
If the problem is not solved as soon as possible I will have to resort to the judicial means of the damage that is being caused to me.
