Review: I have used this company for about a year now. I recently dropped a suit off and when I received it back there was 2 holes put into the back of my jacket by the shoulder area. These two holes are consistent with a stapler and were not there prior to dropping the jacket off. I decided to go to the place to drop the jacket off and to show them the damage. The lady took the jacket and said the owners were away in cape cod and would contact me. I was told they would call on Monday when they returned and I received a call Wednesday. The person that called me was the manager there and stated that the owners said they didn't do it. So I asked to have them call me and I was told they were on vacation in the cape. So I asked did they look at it she said yes. Hard to believe if they were on vacation last week and came back to go back to the same place several days later. I asked a simple question of whether or not they use a stapler. She said no. This is a lie! I asked again whether or not they had a stapler there she said no. At that time we got off the phone. Reality is they damaged the suit and don't want to own up to it.Desired Settlement: Simple you damaged it you fix it or replace it. Admit that you damaged the product.
