Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Yes [redacted] offered me a GM store credit of $two weeks a go he was going to mail it right out and I never received it, To this day 12/12/also just revved a call from credit manger [redacted] saying he needed pay stubs and letter from two people that don't live in the house or the lender will not do the loan I don't under stand why he has waited over two weeks to ask for this infoNow my car payments are going to all messed up with a car payment I don't [redacted] and a truck payment due 01/13/Im not happy, This relay puts me and my family in a bad finance wayI called the bank and was told this proses would take no more then two weeks MAX Regards, [redacted]

Would still like reimbursement for the Missing Drivers License,  that and employee "took home" and compensation for wasted gas to get to your dealership on several occasions.

The $200.00 is OK but not as a service credit. My new car is a 2018 and it may be 2-3 years before I could use a service credit. I would like either a gas card or a check...

that I could use now instead of 2-3 years from now.I did try to settle this with my salesman back in September when I bought my car. I never got a call back after several attempts to settle this wrong doing with Chapman Chevrolet. I am sorry that it came to this!
