[redacted] from Shining Technologies sold us a video hard drive that he said would be compatible with your camera for approximately $1,400, but upon trying to use it on a shoot in Australia we found out that it was Firewire only as an input, and nobody has made a Firewire camera for yearsRepeated emails went unanswered and when he was finally contacted by mail he said that he would make the refund immediately while I sent the unit back to him, which he did not doAgain, no email return, and several calls went unansweredWhen we reached him again he admitted that the unit had been received and that he would send us a check, which also has not happenedThe company seems to be selling junk hardware that they will not back up, and they lie repeatedly when asked to refundWe want an immediate refund now
