Ms. [redacted] did make several attempts to contact customer service in 1 24-hour period. Unfortunately, on that day we were experiencing extremely heavy orders. We are a very small, new team that only has 2 dedicated fulfillment and customer service employees. We prioritized processing and shipping orders during the day and responding to customer service in the evening and early the next morning. I personally returned Ms. [redacted]'s phone call appx 36 hours after the 1st call was made. At the time of the phone call, she was emailed instructions on how to return and provided with a pre-paid shipping label.
