Very poor service; won't ever use this company again. Windows and screens left dirty, screen left in bushes, dirty water left inside the house below each window on the floor, sill, carpet, dirty water on upholstery, and on piano. In a big rush, parked in landscape bed, damaged landscape bed on exit. Screens bent. Called company and left message requesting call--no call returned.

The owner, Matt M., will not return my calls involving damage to one of my windows during cleaning.
We hired Shine to clean our windows. During that process, one young worker was outside and pushed in on the window. It came out of the jam, as my wife witnessed. He apparently put it back. When I went to ope the window the next day, it would not stay up. The cleaning took place on June 1, 2017. I contacted Mr. M after the weekend on June 5. We agreed to meet on June 7 at 9:30 a.m. He called me back the same day and seemed to dispute the issue because he claimed that my wife told his workers that a lot of our windows do not stay up. I explained to him that she meant that the upper sashes sag a bit when the windows are not locked. He reconfirmed his intention to come to our house as scheduled. He did not show up. I have called and left messages three times. He has not responded.
