Shine Auto Wash

The machine would not take my 10$ bill. So the attendant tried to help. He had no success and told me I was to leave the lineup via small narrow side exit onto a one way going in the opposite direction of the car wash, drive around the whole of terminal avenue and go into the office to see if they had a different 10$ bill to try.
This in no way is convenient in any way. Which I'd assume is mostly the point of not washing my car myself.
It would have been nice if I continued through the lineup and was trusted to go to the office directly after the car wash considering I planned my whole route and destination with my proposed car wash in mind on the way to where I'm going.
Terribly inconvenient and poor customer service.
