Review: I purchased a coupon for 5 car washes. So far one is used. When I returns to use another one I was told the place is under new ownership and they cannot honor the coupon. I have 4 left. The business name is the same and unchanged. They refused to let me use this coupon any more. There is no expiration on it.Desired Settlement: I paid $34.00 for 5 car washes. I want them to honor the rest of the 4 car washes or refund me $27.20

Review: I purchased a gift certificate for auto detailing with an expiration date of 6/**/2014. When certificate was presented 6/*/2014 I was told business was under new ownership and that it would not be honored. The new business name is now Shine Auto Wash & Detail Center. I was told to look up old owners but when doing so I found the same telephone number as the new owner. I have no resource to recoup my $59.95Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: My children purchased a Gift certificate from this Car Wash facility for 5 car washes for the Silver washing package . This certificate was given to me as a gift and when I went to use it I was told that it was not accepted due to new ownership. The name of the establishment is the same Shine Auto Spa @ [redacted]. (Same name and phone number as in your data base}. I feel this is highly unethical to not honor the certificate. The certificate was purchased there since I was a regular customer at this facility.Desired Settlement: The certificate should be honored as stated for the 5 car washes or the cost of the certificate should be refunded. My children bought this certificate in good faith and the new owner should honor it in the same good faith and provide the service as required.

Review: Received a gift certificate for a detailing of my vehicle (aprox $100.00) Stopped by to make an appointment for service,I was told that they would not honor the certificate because their were new owners. I was shocked to see that the name of the business did not change,and they would not honor the certificate. I have done previous business with this Co and was completely satisfied.Desired Settlement: If not a refund but the service that was paid for.
