would be closing at eight. When the female called and  told us that nail polish had been ruined. We asked that she come in and we would redo her nail polish for her. She declined our offer. We did spend 40 minutes on a pedicure for her and her boyfriend and we were definitely willing to redo the nail polish if she was not happy. Then we offered the female a 20% discount on her next pedicure and she refused that. Her boyfriend and her were adamant about getting a full refund which we were not willing to do. Mr. [redacted] told us numerous times that when he's not happy with a haircut he gets a full refund. We tried in good faith to work things out with this couple. They did pay for their pedicures separately but they were not willing to accept our offers. Thank you for the opportunity to explain our side of the story.
