I apologize for the issues you have been experiencing when trying to order on our websiteThe order is being placed
online with a valid credit card and matching billing address so the card does initially authorizeHowever, the 3-digit security ID found on the back of the card comes back as not matchingTherefore, we give the decline message on our website and do not process the orderWe are not declining the order due to lack of funds, we are declining it for security reasons due to the card ID not being validSince an order was never processed or shipped you were never charged and the temporary authorizations are dropped

the company is just not telling the truth, the number on the back of the card did matchmy last time I placed my order I called and did it over the phone not all over and I think I can read the back of my cardand you know what is funny and what make them liars when I call the next day after my money taken out of my acctand they say no order is placed how can they tell if the number on my card matches when supposedly never made a order
