06/28/15Dear Revdex.com,In response to the complaint of [redacted], here is what has happened in my point of view.They booked their off premise wedding reception at their church. We gave them full catering service for 150 people. The soda he requested was [redacted] products. My venue policy...

is that we use two liters bottles. [redacted] did not request [redacted] products in cans advance of the reception. Therefore, if he did request cans in advance I would have provided them but he did not. Two liter bottles were included in the package he had chosen. At the end of the reception I gave him all of the left over soda we had, which I did not have to do. We buy all soda in bulk to be sure we have plenty. He did not mention cans until the end of the reception.The fountain he spoke of was never billed to him and he did not pay for it. The lady who runs the church mentioned to my staff that she had a “pretty punch bowl" that can be used. Also, the contract for the punch stated that fruit punch is to be used. [redacted] was never specified.[redacted] was a difficult client. He has already gotten everything for very cheap. I provided all of the left over food packaged together for him to take, which again I did not have to do.
