Review: On July **, 2014 A contract was made with me and Shiloh Services LLC in the amount of $1,000.00 for transportation service that was supposed to take place on August **, 2014. A bus rental -- X49 Passenger--was to pick up members of the community for a round trip-- picking up at [redacted] to [redacted]. The service never took place because according to Shiloh Services LLC, the bus broke down and there were no other buses available. I was informed of this information last minute. I requested my refund from Alfonso M. O[redacted] on 8/**/2015. Despite my numerous attempts to contact him to follow up regarding my deposit refund ($450.00) by telephone (###-###-####), I was unsuccessful. My daughter, [redacted], reached out to Mr. Alfonso O[redacted] via telephone (###-###-####) and via email on a couple of occasions. First, on April **, 2015 (via telephone), April **, 2015 (via email) and April **, 2015 (via email). The email she used is [redacted]. On April **, 2015, a reply was given by Shiloh indicating the refund for $450.00 would be processed within two (2) weeks. On 5/*/2015 a follow up email was sent to Shiloh Services LLC inquiring about status of refund, no response. On 6/*/2015 a final email was sent to Shiloh Services LLC requesting a status, otherwise we would be reporting it to Revdex.com and Department of Consumer Affairs-- to date no answer/reply. To date, we have not received payment. We can provide you with a copy of the email sent to my daughter's email address: [redacted] upon request.Desired Settlement: Refund of $450.00
