Review: [redacted]My appointment was scheduled and arranged with [redacted]) the R.N (registered nurse) three weeks prior to my treatment date. Upon my arrival in Billings on October 30, 2013, (from South Carolina), I went immediately to the Shiloh Medical Center. I asked for [redacted] and much to my surprise, I was told she was not there and they did not know where she was. They did not offer any other explanation. [redacted], Owner, who has never administered any procedure (s) on me, escorted me to one of the treatment room. Whatever procedures she administered they were not the treatments I had scheduled with [redacted]. Very, very disappointing. Unfortunately, I will need many more treatments now to regain the firmness and muscle control I had worked so hard to build up.Desired Settlement: It is my STRONG feeling, that I am in titled to a full refund for all the expenses I have incurred due to the inadequate services, I received from [redacted], Owner, at the Shiloh Medical Center.

Total expenses include airfare, Billings Hotel, three nights and charges for the inappropriate laser treatments, total amount equals $3000.00

I would highly recommend Shiloh Medical Clinic, PC for any facial and body enhancements. Their highly professional trained staff go beyond their duty to be accommodating to your needs and care. I have seen incredible uplifting results in just a few months since I have started ultra sound, laser and Juvederm treatment. I'm excited about my contoured look, which gives me more confidence and energy to represent myself as a professional advertising consultant in this region. I appreciate Dr. Julie Reil's recommendations in a timely manner to complete the results I want and expect. Service of cool therapy done on stomach area as physical situation does not allow normal exercise routine. Had consult with Dr. [redacted] who stated to me cool therapy would work with her stating she guaranteed results. Went in for follow up, saw other physician who then began informing me that I need to exercise just like any other weight reduction program when I told her I was not satisfied with results. I threw a hefty $2400 away on a service that did not deliver. I was informed that for another $1800 they could do the area once again. At this I refused to pay for any more services and ended my appointment.
