The owner parked illegally and was towedThe rules are available if the owner contacts our office and requests a copyAll owners are required to be in compliance with the governing documents of the associationThe board is charged with the responsibility to uphold the covenants, policies, and rules and regulations of the communityThe management company is directed by the boardThe management company was in this case directed by the board to tow the carIf the owner has a problem with this situation he should contact the board of directors through direct email to our office or otherwise in that it is the board of directors who has the authority to deal with such issues

The current parking rules have been in place since 1998. All owners are responsible for knowing what the rules are and abiding by them. An owner may request a copy of the rules should they not have them. Towing signs are posted throughout the property and state that guests parking is for guests...

only. A car that is to be towed is tag at leased three times before towing. Tow tags state the reason for the tow which in this case was illegal parking in guest parking space. The car was towed per association policy.
