I have received complaint ID number ***. ** *** is claiming that his money had not been refunded, however his personal credit card statement he sent me even reflects that the amount of $was refunded on 8/29/15. It is the only item on the credit side of his statement.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is COMPLETELY satisfactory to me.  I am gladly to accept the credit already posted on my card in lieu of an exact refund for a double charge - this however results in an "overage of credit" to my benefit.  If the hotel is OK with this; I am happy to accept the current resolution and to leave everything alone the way they are right now.  I have nothing further & if Shilo Hotel has nothing further, please close this case ASAP & I will close my account and cancel my card ending in [redacted] which the hotel has on file.Regards, [redacted]

to provide a bank, or credit transaction statement that shows the amounts of all Shilo Inn initiated items?
