Per my investigation, Ms*** paid $for her conact lens back in December, It appears there was an incorrect bill sent again for $for her contact lens That has been corrected and the correct bill for $was sent this month to cover the cost of the eye exam
She has *** *** coverage through the exchange plan and the $goes towards her deductible Please email or call with any questions Thank you
