No communication, poor customer serviceOn Friday, July 25, 2014, I sent a request to [redacted] for them to relocate my security system from one address in [redacted] TN to another address in [redacted] TN. I was assigned job number XXXX-XXXX. I was told I would be contacted within a week. They never contacted me. On Monday, August 4, 2014, [redacted] called them and left a message and accepted my complaint against them, but Shield Security Solutions have still not contacted me. Desired SettlementI am requesting that the Revdex.com get them to set a date where they will relocate my security system or have them end my contract with them.
