I'm impressed by what Shield Roofing and it's owner Patric Jn did. Mr. Jn personally worked with my home insurance adjuster to get an approval for a new roof. The crew replaced my roof on Jan. 27,2020, cleaned up trash and removed nails ,and 3 crew members came back the next day to double check their work and use magnets to remove nails on the lawn and driveway again. Days later supervisor Cameron came back to inspect the whole roof and use magnet to search for any left over nails. One of the window screens was damaged, I told Mr. Jn and he sent Cameron back to replace the window screen as promised. Cameron replaced the screen in the rain! The next morning I went up to the attic to check for water leak after a night of heavy rain and found out the crew threw away the specially installed critter wire screens from the roof vents when they replaced them. Mr. Jn promised me he would take care of it. He said it was his mistake,. Good to know the company owner will take care of his client. He sent the crew's supervisor Marcelo to install the wire screens free of charge. The crew, Marcelo, Cameron and Patrick are nice and friendly. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Shield Roofing.
