I ordered a red ombre sequin multi dress *** from Shewin*** online. The dress that was delivered didn’t look the same as the one I ordered. It was similar but not the same dress. I tried to contact Shewin via email three times and asked for details on how to return the dress since it was not the same dress as I ordered? I asked for a refund of my money? I never received a reply. There was no refund of my money and no way of contacting this company to complain about the product I received. There is no customer service number to call. I tried emailing the email address on the receipt and never got a response. The phone number provided isn’t the correct phone number for company in the United States. I feel this company has frauded me by providing merchandise that isn’t exactly what I ordered.
