Review: [redacted], who is in charge of billing, called my husbands work and told secretary personal info regarding our acct with the dentist office. [redacted] told her detailed info that should be kept confidental. When I called [redacted] back and asked her why she gave the secretary at my husbands work all this personal info she denied it and called her and I both liars. She was extremely rude and talked down to me. There was a misunderstanding about re-running a check and a balance on the acct with the dentist office and [redacted] refused any payment less than half of the balance. She continued to belittle, scold and yell at me on the phone. She said I made her "look like an it to the dr" because I couldn't make a bigger payment and she told the dr that I would. She is very unprofessional in how she deals with matters like this. We have a letter from [redacted] stating "if you need to arrange a payment plan we can set that up as well". I called and tried to set up a payment plan and she would not accept that. She said it would take too long to pay off the acct and the Dr would like her money and "its not fair for the dr".Desired Settlement: I would like to pay what I can on the acct until its paid off. If this is not agreeable then they need to drop the bill.

[redacted] has made a $50 payment to our office this week and we are agreeable to her making regular payments to pay the remainder of her balance and always have been. I am not aware of the conversation that took place between Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] as I was not present for their conversation. We value ALL of our families and work with our families. I am sorry if any communication between our financial section and you was not positive. I hope this has been rectified at this time, and to my understanding, it has been.
