Review: I dropped off an expensive leather jacket to be cleaned in Feb. They informed me that they would have to send off the jacket to be cleaned because it was a leather jacket. It has been 9 months and I can't get anyone to return my call concerning this jacket. Numerous times I went into the store to talk to someone and the clerks assured me that they were letting the owner know that I had not received my jacket and they couldn't located it. I've moved from this area and a couple days before I left I went in and left my forwarding address, because they promised me that the jacket had been located and they were going to ship it to me. I have not seen it or have not received a call back from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like my jacket back. cleaned or not. if it cannot be found I would like to be refunded the cost of the jacket.
