All our agents are strictly instructed to mention that we are calling from Smart One Energy in ‘regards to’ their [redacted] bills, but that the reductions are coming from Smart One EnergyWe state that [redacted] will still deliver their gas and issue the bills, and that we at Smart One Energy simply supply the gas to ***They in turn deliver it to the customers like they always have and we never state that we are ***.She may have thought that since we mentioned [redacted] and our association with them, that we were stating that we are *** Often people are not aware of the relationship between an ESCO and the utility company We work together We have canceled her for no chargeWe apologize for any confusion that this may have caused Thank you, Josh G***

I haven't received confirmation letter from Smart One Energy regarding cancelling my enrollment without any chargeI called ***, and representative recommended me to wait for next bill to make sure whether CTA is cancelledMisleading information wasted me a lot of timeI have to call *** several times to figure outI have to call Smart One Energy to cancel, and also worried whether it will affect my future *** bill, since we attend some special *** program for both electrical and gas
