Although I cannot know what the complainant was or was not thinking, it sounds like Nate in our office may have been unaware that a deal had been made for $[redacted] with Michelle.  I personally took this call; asked [redacted] what she felt was fair.  To which she replied $[redacted] and so I agreed...

with her 100% and then she demanded I put it in writing.  Because I was short on time, I said that she should just pay that and we'd be done but I didn't have time to type it up.  I referred her back to Nate and told him she was right.1. She got what she wanted. (Oh, yes, and btw she was never a client of ours, only the one responsible for payment.)2. Nate originally was not told that we would give her the discount -- and for that, I apologize.3. She received the discount she was promised.4. No harm done, right?5. Since giving her this discount, she has been nothing short of a total pain in our [redacted].  Has left bad reviews on Facebook.  And has otherwise disparage the name of our company.    She did finally pay, but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER AGAIN.Case closed.
