No Customer Service for disabled folks in difficult situations.
My daughter this park 6 months ago due to her husband,s needs She was married and signed a contract to pay for a year. Her husband left her now. My daughter has been disabled since age 10 with 6 back surgeries and many others including becoming paralyed 4years ago and teaching herself to walk again. Due to her body pains my daughter is limited in her amount of time to work and due to Corona Virus issues with trying to work (Door Dash). She hasn't been able to build up the credit history being bed-ridden for much of her life. She never has a real long job so her Social Security Disability check is minimal forcing her to survive on $200 a month after she pays lot rent and electric. In order to leave the park after half the contract has been fulfilled for one at half this cost monthly they are over $2000. The treatment of a disabled citizen in a rough situation and during this pandemic is sad. If you can provide any assistance with in getting forgiveness on the $2000 it would be awesome. The $2000 will be coming out of my and my husband's pockets, both Army Veterans.
