Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2015 [redacted] from our dealership May 14, 2015. Mr. [redacted] paid cash for the vehicle and received 3 incentives from [redacted] to achieve the selling price of $46730 + taxes and fees.

[redacted] received was a "Loyalty" rebate. The stipulation on receiving this incentive is that the customer provide a registration, in Mr. [redacted]'s name, for the[redacted] vehicle owned at time of purchase. Mr. [redacted] was made aware of this by both General Sales Manager, Jordan C[redacted], and Finance Manager, Tim N[redacted]. Sherwood Buick GMC paid out the [redacted] accounting for this "Loyalty" rebate.
The dealership had left Mr. [redacted] 12 documented messages regarding the need for this registration. The dealership controller, Louise
K[redacted] CA, placed a lien on the vehicle pending receipt of the registration.
The simple resolution is to provide the dealership with the requested registration and the lien will be removed from the vehicle. In lieu of the registration we will remove the lien with a cash settlement of $1050.
