I placed an order and then needed to contact the company. They have no functioning phone number. The one listed and associated with BestinShoes.com (Shervin Enterprises LLC) 10 Bond St. Suite 347 Great Neck, NY 11021 was never valid-a recording from the phone company in that region states that it was never assigned. No response to online messages though it is after 1000 am there.

0/5 stars for not having a customer service phone number. I will change this rating if they contact me within the next hour concerning mu inquiry on my order.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/**/2014 which I was told we be on back order until mid November. About a week later I had decided I wanted to cancel the order and asked for a refund via email. The company's website offers a customer service phone number, which I've tried calling about a dozen times but no one ever answers. I have tried emailing them using their website's email contact, but no one has responded to me regarding this particular issue either. The charge is still present on my credit card bill and I thought I had better let you know that they appear to be engaging in foul business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge for the shoes I asked to be refunded dropped from my credit card. I think they should be fined and told they can no longer be in business due to their lack of communication and specious business tactics.
