I was contacted by The Lighting Outlet NY on 9/**. They issued a return authorization. However, they wrote that...

they would charge a "handling fee" of 25% (=85$). This seems unreasonable and exorbitant for an item, which is in a brand new condition, still in the box, and may be resold. I shipped back the item with the return authorization number on the box, as specified in their instructions. I have not heard from them again and have not received any refund as of yet. My desired resolution is to receive a *full refund*.
