Bob was extremely helpful on the phone. He helped me diagnose and replace the blower motor on my furnace without charging me at all! He encouraged me to call him back as if I had any questions as I was doing the job. I called him back once and he continued to encourage me to call back as often as necessary. Sure, He's a straight shooter but he knows his stuff, doesn't try to upsell, and saves you money!
