Review: Concert advertised for [redacted] festival and tickets purchased. Arrived at concert venue (Sherman outdoor Summer Stage) and major bands for concert canceled. Unable to get refund at concert venue & unable to see show. What was advertised was not what was offered at concert. [redacted] promoters stated that the major stage was not safe for band. This was not the customers fault- Poor customer service up to this point.Desired Settlement: I would like refund of $185.20 - price of (3) pit tickets for concert.
