Sherman Shoes

Review: Had my left foot severed in an accident and re-attached but all is fused, nothing moves. My Orthopedic Surgeon prescribed MBT shoes to enable me to walk. I purchased a pair from Sherman thru [redacted] on April **,2015 and have only worn them 15 times or so. The heel is deteriorating and collapsing. I called Sherman's and was told they used to handle these problems but have decided to stop doing so. I have talked to [redacted] and was told my claim was with Sherman's. I spoke to MBT Intl and was told the shoes were still within the warranty period and I should handle this with the seller. I am getting the old chase your tail from everyone. My [redacted] order number is [redacted] and the price was $219.95.Desired Settlement: Shoes need to be properly repaired or replaced.
