power out in the back half of apartment
I came home from work 6/10/18 around 730pm and noticed around 745pm that the electricity in the master bedroom, bathroom and closets was out. I called the 24hr emergency maintenance line and put in a request for someone to come out. at about 820pm I called back and put in another request and asked for an ETA of when they would arrive. the agent I spoke with stated that he would put in the notes for them to call me. I never received a call. at about 845pm I began to call again and couldn't get through to anyone. the answering service was off and the line would hang up on me. that number was XXX-XXX-XXXX. I also called the number that was on the website and the resident service portal XXX-XXX-XXXX and it stated that this was not a working number. I called a total of 23 times after I spoke with someone the second time, and got no answer. I currently still do not have electricity in these specific parts of my home. I checked the breaker, flipped the all the switches and nothing went off or came on. I had to go out and find extension cords so that I could at least plug in a fan and my alarm for work. I also put in a service request 6/3/18 for someone to come out and look at my AC since it was not cooling off my unit and it stays between 75-80 degrees. Nobody has came out nor called in regards to this either.
