Hello, Under profile *** ***, We sent cartridges on 4/16/Then under the warranty we replaced the units on case *** and fulfilled the warranty as the parts didn't correct. Then again Under *** *** Profile on 11/22/we sent new flow regulators
for GPM to make it go lower in flow. We don't have any records of a new call put into our company since 11/22/ Our warranty is to replace parts and then units if parts didn't correct Thank you, Pfister
