Our family owned business, Spray-N-Grow, is located in Rockport, TX. Our town was directly hit by Hurricane Harvey on Aug26, 2017destroying our office and warehouse. We have moved our staff to temporary offices but communication remains very difficult. Mrs*** called our
toll free phone number on Monday, Oct16, 2017. Her call was answered by our Call Center in South Dakota. We emailed Mrs*** on Tuesday, Octwith no response. On Wednesday, Oct17, our president *** *** was able to reach Mrs*** by phone rearding her compliant. Our products are guaranteed to the "bottom of the bottle" with no-questions-asked. While we are disappointed Mrs*** was not satisfied with our products, we will issue her a complete refund of $which includes product, shipping and taxes. A check will be mailed to her immediately.We regret the inconvenience experienced Mrs***. We are trying very hard to maintain our very high customer standards even in very a difficult situation. We believe a one day response time was more than adequate given the situation
