So even with the lien on the car, I have asked since he died to get the title so I could register the carYou wouldn't talk to me I mailed you a certified letter that you rejectedMy dad does not owe that much money, you were unwilling to discuss payment or issue me a title at allSo please be aware that I have filed a lawsuit in the state of Texas tarrant county for negligenceI have been stopped by police so many times, it affects my anxietyI can't properly register this vehicle because over the phone you refused to honor my proof of being my dads heirSo at this point you will be served and if you would like to settle because of my anxiety,stress, and pain and suffering for your refusal to discuss payment or sending me the title , I will be willing to settle with you with the removal of the lien and $Please understand I will be seeking the small claims maximum of if we make it in front of the judge
