I was advised my oil change was taken care of by management, due to some issues I had They later sent me to collections and refused compensation
On 07-17-I received an oil change at the above businessI waited over hours past the scheduled pitime for a courtesy driver and I had a month pregnant wife and a three year old When I went to pay the cashier, the manager (later identified by *** *** as *** *** advised me he would take care of the oil change for me and he apologized for the confusion and hassle I thanked him for his time The cashier gave me my keys and I left
In early October of 2017, I received a phone call from Ford Customer Service The female on the phone advised me that I had an overdue bill from an oil changeI advised the female on the phone that the manager, next to the clerks desk, advised me my bill was being taken care of by Ford, due to the hassle we had, when we had our oil change The female advised me she would look in to
Sc Ford thru neglect made my Truck unusable.They refuse to compensate me for expenses occurred because of their neglect.Also tried to defraud me
Took my Ford Truck in for oil change on April 10thWas told by service department that I was due for a Transmission flushTold them to go ahead and do itWhen I brought the truck in there were no mechanical problems with the truckAfter the service I left to go back to Le MarsBefore I got home I could hear a knocking in my engineI had to leave town immediately for a family emergencyI called Sioux City Ford about the knocking a few days later and the response I got was "we are not responsibleIt could not be anything we did"I took it in to a Ford dealer in the town I was inThe Sioux City dealership had not filled the transmission fluid properly it was at least qts lowThe knocking I was hearing was the transmission lines knocking because they had air in themAnd there was an oil leak that had not been there before Sioux City
Karl A*** and his team recently completed two weeks or work on the exterior of my home, including re-shingling, masonry repair, carpentry, gutter replacement, and staining/paintingThroughout the effort, Karl was a pleasure to work withHis attention to detail, aesthetic sense, keen eye, and professionalism never waveredAlong the way he suggested a number of additional items that not only helped to ensure the structural integrity of the house but also enhanced its appearanceKarl and his workers were respectful and meticulous, taking great care to protect plantings and to clean up each dayQuality and pride in their work was consistent All of the work was completed as planned and according to budget

On thurs April ,@ approx8am I called about bringing vehicle in to have two missing exhaust brackets replaced which was causing a thumping near rear passenger tire.Was instructed to bring it down.Immediately drove car into Ford "FASTLANE" .Reiterated to technician thatthere was a thump near rear tire, ALL I needed were exhaust clamps replaced.Tech said they'd check it out,give them a couple hrs & he drove my car into shop.THREE HOURS PASS, no word.So I call them @ 11:& Iam told "They have NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET & it will be 2-more hours.This is wifes car & she's not at home, so I call & tell her they say it'll be 2-more hours & she says "NO WAY!" I have things to do today, GO GET IT" & she calls them back @11:*** answers.Wife tells *** "my husband brought my Buick Regal in this morning to have exhaust bracke
