font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The hotel issued one night’s credit to [redacted] for her inconvenience, through which her reservation was booked.  If she has not received that money she needs to contact [redacted] for a refund.
2.      The hotel did and does offer a safe in every room for protection of guest valuables at no charge.  This safe was not used during Ms. [redacted]’s stay.
3.      There was no unauthorized entrance into the guest room, however, there was an additional person staying in the room unknown to the hotel at the time of the alleged theft.
4.      The hotel has no way to validate Ms. [redacted]’s claim as her money was never left with the hotel for safe keeping including the use of a safety deposit box in addition to the in room safe provided by the hotel at no charge to the guest.
 
I sincerely apologize for Ms. [redacted]’s inconvenience and feel the hotel provided appropriate compensation for inconvenience although it is not responsible for any personal items left in a hotel room per Florida statue.  If I can be of additional assistance please reach out to me directly at the hotel.
