have offered a gesture of good will to offset the reported service issues.Mr*** *** complaint indicates three specific issues:He was billed twice for room and tax - once through Expedia and again through the property upon arrival.Prior to arrival there was a system error that resulted in a deposit being chargedThis was brought to our attention on December 28th and these charges were reversedThe three rooms were billed only for daily resort service fee and for incidental charges (valet parking and restaurant charges) charged to the rooms by the guestsHe was billed for multiple resort service fees.This is accurateEvery room is subject to a daily $resort service fee which was in fact assessed (although a portion of this was reversed during service recovery-see below)
