Sheraton Premiere

Review: About 8 months ago I booked the ballroom at Sheraton Premiere in [redacted] for my wedding on Dec. 28 2013. When I initially booked the hotel I was assisted by the event coordinator at that time, [redacted]. I was pleased with my service initially and [redacted] was very helpful, but then she was promoted to another location and I was assigned a new event coordinator. I had asked [redacted] at the time for one extra suite and one extra room to be included with our wedding package and she assured me that it would not be a problem. I have over 350 guests coming and most of them from out of town who will be staying at the Sheraton Premiere for more than 2 nights. I was told that rooms for our guests would be discounted and when I checked the rate that we were given and compared it to the normal rate there was no difference. I am spending more than $30,000 at Sheraton for one night and I ask that I be treated as such.Desired Settlement: I want to have the extra suite and extra room that the original party planner [redacted] said we could have, I also want the rooms that are booked for my wedding to be discounted as in the contract.
