Review: This hotel does not employee housekeeping staff for overnight hours. At 02:00 a.m. sunday morning May 24, 2015; I found a trail of bug-bite sized blood drops on my sheets that I request to have changed saturday afternoon. They sent a security guard who was not trained on how to change a bed. I had to change the bed sheets myself, which I ended up directly on-top of the mattress during my sleep. This hotel was very unsanitary and did not take blood on the sheets seriously. Nothing was done by management. I was also double-charged parking when I only had one car. The front desk "comped" the second charges, however I only had one car in the first place. At check-in you write how many cars and the license plate number; so they knew I only had one car. I have contacted the general manager and corporate and I still have not heard back from the hotel almost 3 weeks later. I have to contact the Revdex.com because my frustration is at an all-time high. This hotel has no care for their paying guests.Desired Settlement: The business should refund one night minimum. The hotel promotes 3+ star ratings and customer satisfaction. I am far from satisfied. My rate should include clean sheets.
