Sheraton National Hotel

Review: On December 9th, I checked into the Sheraton for a one-night stay. When I walked through the front door into the lobby and toward the front desk I looked up to see both of your desk clerks making an "L" sign (with thumb and forefinger) on their forehead looking at me and laughing. They were both in their early twenties, an [redacted]-American girl, and a guy with a faux-hawk haircut. I did not look or feel very funny. At the desk, I calmed myself and commented, "let them be judged by the content of their character." The girl raised her hand in an "L" shape and slowly, deliberately brushed back her hair with her gesture toward me. I don't need this.Desired Settlement: Since this kept me awake for half the night, I think it would be proper for you to refund the cost of my stay that night.
