Sheraton Hill Society Hill Hotel

Review: On May 8, I made a reservation for two rooms for May 20th to the 22nd, and cancelled it the next day (cancellation confirmation #[redacted]). They erroneously charged $639.88 to my credit card, and I've been in touch with their accounting department yesterday and today but was only given a refund for one of those rooms (under [redacted]). I've been unable to reach their accounting department since then.Desired Settlement: Need remaining refund in the amount of $319.94 for the room listed under [redacted]. The customer service also leaves much to be desired, not once did I receive an apology but instead an attitude of being done a favor despite their mistakes and the time and inconvenience this has taken.
